This is BY FAR my family’s favorite steak dish I’ve ever made. My boys ask for seconds (and sometimes thirds) every time I make it. An added bonus for my hubby and I is that this is a high protein, low carb, keto diet friendly, metabolism boosting, fat burning dish. Win win!
I personally love how quick and easy it is to make and the very few ingredients I need to make it. I think you’ll love it too!!
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. grass fed top round cut into thin strips
1 tbsp. organic coconut oil
1 yellow onion diced
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tomatoes diced
1 tsp ground ginger
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
salt & paper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Place coconut oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the strips of steak and brown both sides.
Add the garlic, onion and tomatoes to the steak.
In a cup or bowl, add the vinegar, ginger, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour the mixture over the beef and stir until well combined.
Turn the heat to low, cover and let simmer until the liquids are almost completely evaporated.
Serve and enjoy!!
